Indonesia is a rich country in sources of medicinal plants that can be easily obtained. the belimbing wuluh through fermentation to turn raw material into classic enzyme. purpose this research are make enzyme and hand sanitizer from wuluh, identify lactic acid bacteria(BAL) enzim know effectiveness handsanitizer wuluh. The implementations preparation materials, with anaerobic method, laboratory analysis organoleptic microbiology tests. results reseach products, identification bacteria (BAL), sanitizer.from research, it known process making done by for three months or 90 days composition 1:3:10. (BAL) not identified. because pH 1,96 liquid has been convered alcohol, quite good depend on morphology ALT number colonies formed sampel after applied was found.
